CHEF KARA 

Executive chef

Pierre Donkara Joseph, known as Chef kara, is a passionate chef and entrepreneur.
With over 10 years of experience, he has made his mark in the culinary world.
He launched and led a restaurant in Haiti, showcasing his roots.
He later moved to Miami, where he also opened a restaurant.
Trained at Miami Dade Culinary, he refined his skills and technique.
Now a chef instructor, he shares his knowledge with passion.
He also works as a private chef, creating unique culinary experiences.

CHEF MARCKENSON

Executive and Pastry chef

Marckenson Lundy is a Haitian entrepreneur working in the fields of food service, management, and event planning.
He studied administration and marketing at Université Quisqueya in Haiti.
He also trained in culinary arts at École des Chefs.
After moving to Boston, he continued his education at NECAT.
There, he specialized in both cooking and pastry.
He is also pursuing additional studies related to business.
Marckenson holds several certifications in both business and culinary arts.
His expertise includes African, American, French, and Caribbean cuisine.
With a diverse background, he continuously strengthens his skills.
He is driven by a vision of excellence, innovation, and entrepreneurial growth.
